The fine print.
How orders move through the studio
When you place an order, it goes into the production queue at the end of the day. Our printers run around the clock, so most orders enter the press within 24 hours.
Production takes 2–4 working days for a single bowl, 4–6 for a set. After printing, every piece is post-processed by hand, inspected, and packed in unbleached paper inside a recycled-cardboard box. Dispatch is from Warsaw on Tuesday and Friday afternoons.
Carriers we use
- InPost — parcel lockers across Poland and most of the EU. Cheap, fast, low-emissions.
- DPD — door delivery across the EU with 1-hour delivery window.
- GLS — backup carrier for EU countries InPost doesn't serve.
- DHL Express — international and US shipping. Door-to-door, fully tracked.
- FedEx — alternative for US deliveries on request.
Customs & duties
Within the EU, no duties — single-market shipping. For US orders, applicable duties and taxes are shown at checkout where supported; otherwise the carrier collects them on delivery.
For other international destinations, the recipient is responsible for paying any import duties or VAT charged by their local customs. We mark every parcel with an accurate commercial value and HS code.
Lost or damaged in transit?
If your parcel arrives broken or doesn't arrive at all, email care@tailbark.com within 30 days. We replace, no receipt, no questions.
