Terms of service.
The plain-language agreement between you and Tail & Bark when you order from us. We have tried to keep it short and readable, because legal walls of text help nobody.

Ordering & made-to-order
Every piece is printed to order. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy; our confirmation email accepts it. Because pieces are made for you, production begins shortly after your order — see returns below for how this affects cancellations.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure provider.
Shipping
We dispatch from Warsaw, Poland. Estimated production and transit times are listed on our Shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties.
Withdrawal & returns
As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, per Directive 2011/83/EU. Exception: pieces personalised with your pet's name are made to your specification, so the withdrawal right does not apply to them (Art. 16(c)); pieces ordered without personalisation can be returned as normal. You bear the direct cost of returning goods; we refund the price plus standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of postage. Statutory conformity
Independently of withdrawal, you have a two-year statutory guarantee of conformity: if a piece is defective, we repair, replace or refund it — personalised pieces included.
Personalisation
Personalised pieces carry the pet name you enter at the time of ordering. Please double-check the spelling in your bag before checkout — the name is printed exactly as entered. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us immediately; once printing has started we cannot change it.
Acceptable use & care
Our products are designed as pet feeding and play accessories. Use them as intended. PLA is heat-sensitive: hand-wash only, with warm water up to about 40°C. Damage caused by dishwashers, boiling water, microwaves, ovens or other heat sources counts as misuse, not a defect.
Intellectual property
All designs, text, photography, and the Tail & Bark name and marks are our property. You may not reproduce or resell our designs without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Warsaw, without affecting your rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
Dispute resolution
We do not currently participate in out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR) schemes. As a consumer you can always contact your local consumer protection body — in Poland, the municipal consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).
